Smile Source Administrator Meeting
Smile Source is a group dedicated to preserving the business of independent dental care while providing the benefits of group practice to its members.
Dr. Russell and Dr. Bode meet quarterly with our local Smile Source group to discuss best practices. The doctors are also the local administrators for the group and meet once a year with the other regional administrators and once a year with the administrators from around the country.

Welcome Katie to the Team
Katie joined our practice in October 2015. We are so happy to have her.
Katie moved to McCleary from Yakima three months ago. She enjoys being outdoors, going on hikes, and spending time with friends and family.

Featured Team Member: Judy
Judy started with the practice in 1981 with Dr. Steve Russell, Sr. Judy is in expanded functions dental assistant. She also is Dr. Russell’s right hand in our obstructive sleep apnea practice. Judy is a mother and grandmother, with three daughters and two granddaughters and two more grandchildren soon to arrive. Judy loves reading, travel, and Husky football games.
