Corona Virus Update
Our primary responsibility is the health of our team, our patients, and the entirety of our community. As per the mandate by the Governor of the State of Washington, our office will remain closed through May 17, 2020. As of today, March 23, 2020, we are operating under the assumption that we will reopen on Monday May 18th. This date is subject to change, pending further development of the pandemic. Updates will be available on our website and Facebook. We will be available for true dental emergencies.
Amid recent alerts of COVID-19, aka coronavirus, we understand potential concerns you may have as a patient. At Russell & Bode Family Dentistry we are also on a heightened level of awareness and are taking every precaution possible to continue to prevent the spread of germs in our practice.
While ensuring cleanliness is part of our daily routine and of utmost importance to our practice, we know it may be more “behind the scenes” and not a process of which our patients are entirely aware. Therefore, we find it important to share with you that we practice the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation possible throughout our office and will continue to do so. We want you to rest assured that we keep a safe environment for you, your family, our staff, and our doctors; especially amidst epidemic concerns. Should you have any questions about our sanitation process, please call our office and we will be happy to speak with you.
By following basic precautions, we can all help prevent the spread of germs and continue on with our normal daily routines. Following the CDC guidelines in the image below, we also recommend the following good hygiene practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Hand washing for at least 20 seconds with hot water and soap
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
- Clean and sanitize frequently touched objects and surfaces
Please know, you and your family are always safe and cared for in our practice. That being said, we also ask that you be cautious and do not come to the office if you have a fever, a cough or other flu-like symptoms. If you have these symptoms, please call our office at (360)Olympia Office Phone Number 360-742-3912 to reschedule.
Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in our team. We appreciate your cooperative efforts toward maintaining health and well-being for yourself, your family, our practice, and the community.
Sincerely,
Dr. Stephen Russell & Dr. William Bode
